About Food & Mood

Food & Mood founder, Holly DeLong, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a background in Psychology and Research. Holly chose to become a dietitian after discovering first-hand the powerful impact food has on our minds and body. Using a holistic approach, she was able to overcome a personal health crisis. She now works with clients to guide them towards the same amazing results.


Food & Mood provides nutrition counseling, mental health support, and advanced laboratory testing to get to the root cause of your issues. Holly is also passionate about educating and inspiring change through corporate and community wellness programs.  She practices following an integrative and functional nutrition approach. Her specialty areas include gut health, mental health, heart health, bladder health, and intuitive eating. Holly is a passionate provider who strives to make a real difference in the lives of those she works with. She partners with a wide network of gifted holistic practitioners to help guide you towards other complimentary health services.
